Is Antigone gone? is an adaptation of the story of ‘Antigone’ (c.441BC) by Sophocles. In this project the director created a sequel to the original play, in which Antigone, the main character, seeks freedom while trapped in King Creon’s cave. The crowd as well as the king are represented using balloons, while Antigone creates an alternative reality in her mind.
As an editor, through engaging with a more experimental approach, I achieved an interactive narration structure which is a method of story-telling that requires the audience engage in order for them to form the narrative.
